Simple corn bread

Ingredients:
3/4 cupCornmeal
1 cupWhole wheat flour (ww pastry
Flour will work)
4 tbspBaking powder
1/2 tbspSalt
1/2 cupWater
1/4 cupHoney
2 cupFrozen corn (canned would
Probably work)
Procedures:
1In a blender, combine water, honey, and 1 cup of the corn.
2Blend until liquified.
3In a bowl, combine dry ingredients, and mix together.
4Pour in blended liquid, and mix.
5Mix in last cup of corn.
6Spritz a 9" round glass pan with oil spray, and sprinkle with cornmeal.
7Pour batter into pan, and put in oven.
8Turn oven on to 350 °F, and bake for 30 minutes.
9(if you pre-heat oven, you may need to shorten the time).
10You can test for doneness.
11This can be ready from cupboard to mouth in 42 or so minutes.
12The original source was david wallis, but there have been some updates.
13Note: as far as the spray adding to the %cff, i think that most of it is absorbed by the cornmeal dusted over the spray.
14When i pop the bread out of the pan, there is a "film" left.
