| | 2 t curry | | | X Vegetables of choice | | | X Curry |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cook 1 cup of basmaty rice with 1-2 teaspoons of curry and a little salt. | | 2 | Cool down and fill into plastic container. | | 3 | Add vegetables, for example cauliflower, mushroom, broccoli, zucchini, ocra, or anything else that you can imagine to taste good with curry. | | 4 | Sprinkle with more curry. | | 5 | At work, microwave about 5 minutes or until veggies are cooked. | | 6 | Enjoy. | | 7 | (eat in your office and watch your office mate"s mouth water). |
