Ingredients:
1 cupBasmati rice
X Salt
1 2 t curry
X Vegetables of choice
X Curry
Procedures:
1Cook 1 cup of basmaty rice with 1-2 teaspoons of curry and a little salt.
2Cool down and fill into plastic container.
3Add vegetables, for example cauliflower, mushroom, broccoli, zucchini, ocra, or anything else that you can imagine to taste good with curry.
4Sprinkle with more curry.
5At work, microwave about 5 minutes or until veggies are cooked.
6Enjoy.
