Ingredients:
3 sliceBread
1 eachVeg. broth
1 eachSliced mushrooms
1 eachFf mayo/salad dressing
1 eachSpicy mustard
1 eachTomatoes
1 eachThinly sliced tomatoes
1 eachCucumbers
1 eachLow fat cheese
1 eachSprouts
1 eachLettuce
Procedures:
1Toast 3 slices of bread.
2In a skillet, heat a little beef or veg.
3Broth (about ?cup) & cook sliced mushrooms & onions on high heat til done.
4Let them drain on a paper towel.
5Coat each slice of bread with fat free mayo or salad dressing (or kraft ranch free if you like) & spicey mustard (green chili & garlic dijoin if your in austin--central market).
6Layer thinly sliced tomatoes cucumbers, low fat cheese, sprouts & yer mushrooms & onions.
7If lettuce ever gets back down into the price range of we lumpin" proletariats, add some of that.
8Cut into quarters & eat it slowly with great relish in front of some skinny hamburger & fries eater.
