What to do with kale?

Ingredients:
4 cupCooked white beans
Lemon juice to taste
Salt, pepper, red pepper
Flakes to taste.
1 lbsKale
4 Garlic cloves
1 Onion
Procedures:
1Mix beans, lemon juice, salt and peppers together.
2Heat gently and mash slightly.
3Chop onions and garlic.
4Saute until garlic golden.
5Slice the greens into shreds and add to garlic onion mix.
6Saute until greens wilted.
7Suggested serving mound beans on top of greens.
8I like to mix them together top with a little parmesan cheese and eat with big hunks of crusty bread
