| cup | Persimmon pulp | | 2
| cup | Chopped nuts | | 1
| cup | Raisins | | 1
| cup | Chopped dates | | 1
| tbsp | Orange peel | | 4
| cup | Sifted flour | | 4
| tsp | Soda | | 3
| tsp | Cinnamon | | 1/2
| tsp | Cloves | | 1/2
| tsp | Allspice | | 1/2
| tsp | Nutmeg | | 1
| cup | Milk | | 2
| tsp | Vanilla |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cream butter and sugar. | | 2 | Add persimmon pulp and nuts, raisins, dates and orange peel. | | 3 | Sift flour, soda and spices. | | 4 | Add flour mixture alternately with milk, beginning and ending with flour. | | 5 | Add vanilla. | | 6 | Pour into 2 well greased loaf pans 9 x 3 and bake at 300f for 1 ?hours or until a cake tester comes out clean. | | 7 | Let cool |
