Deep dark chocolate fudge cookies

Ingredients:
7 ozSemi-sweet chocolate
2 1/2 ozUnsweetened chocolate
3 tbspUnsalted butter
1 cupSugar
3 Eggs
1 1/2 tspStrong brewed coffee
3/4 tspVanilla
3/4 cupFlour
1/2 tspBaking powder
1/4 tspSalt
4 ozSemi-sweet chocolate
-coarsely chopped
3/4 cupChopped pecans
Procedures:
1Calories per serving: number of servings: 0 fat grams per serving: approx. cook time: cholesterol per serving: marks: e *directions* melt 7 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, unsweetned chocolate, and butter in the top of a double boiler; set aside.
2In a mixing bowl, beat sugar and eggs together until lemon colored; mix in coffee and vanilla.
3Gradually add flour, baking powder, and salt; mix well.
4Stir in 4 ounces chopped semi-sweet chocolate and pecans.
5Bake at 350 degrees about 12 minutes until tops are shiny and cracked and cookies are soft to touch.
6Cool several minutes and remove to wire racks.
