Ingredients:

| cup | Finely crushed oreo cookies | | 1/4
| cup | Melted butter | | 12
| oz | Chocolate chips | | 14
| oz | Sweetened condensed milk | | 1
| tsp | Vanilla | | 1
| cup | Chopped nuts |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine crumbs and margarine and press into 13x9 inch pan. | | 2 | Melt 1 cup of the chips with milk and vanilla. | | 3 | Pour over crust. | | 4 | Top with nuts and remaining chips. | | 5 | Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. | | 6 | Cool and cut. | | 7 | Store tightly at room temperature. |
