Ingredients:

| cup | Butter | | 1
| cup | Light brown sugar, packed | | 2 1/2
| cup | Chopped pecans | | 1
| cup | Semisweet chocolate chips |

Procedures:
| 1 | Lightly butter a 9x13" pan. | | 2 | Place butter and brown sugar an a heavy, medium saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. | | 3 | Stir in 2 cups of pecans. | | 4 | Pour into the prepared dish and bake 15 minutes at 37Remove from oven and sprinkle with the chocolate chips; when soft enough to spread, spread evenly over toffee. | | 5 | Spread remaining ?cup pecans on top. | | 6 | Let cool completely, then break into pieces. | | 7 | Store in air-tight container. |
