German chocolate upside-down surprise cake

Ingredients:
1 cupCoconut -- flaked
1 cupPecans -- chopped
1 packGerman Chocolate cake mix
1 1/4 cupWater
1/3 cupOil
3 Eggs
3 1/2 cupPowdered sugar
1 cupButter or margarine --
Melted
8 ozCream cheese -- softened
Procedures:
1Heat oven to 375 degrees.
2Grease 9x13-inch pan.
3Sprinkle coconut and pecans more? evenly over bottom of greased pan.
4In a large bowl, combine cake mix, water, oil and eggs at low speed until moistened; beat 2 minutes at high speed.
5Spoon batter evenly over coconut and pecans.
6In another large bowl, combine powdered sugar, margarine and cream cheese; beat until smooth and creamy.
7Spoon evenly over batter to within 1" of edge.
8Bake at 375 °F for 43 to 53 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
9Cool completely.
10Cut into squares.
11Invert each square onto individual plates.
12Serve warm or cool.
13Store in refrigerator.
