Ingredients:

| cup | Pecans -- chopped | | 1
| pack | German Chocolate cake mix | | 1 1/4
| cup | Water | | 1/3
| cup | Oil | | 3
| | Eggs | | 3 1/2
| cup | Powdered sugar | | 1
| cup | Butter or margarine -- | | | Melted | | 8
| oz | Cream cheese -- softened |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat oven to 375 degrees. | | 2 | Grease 9x13-inch pan. | | 3 | Sprinkle coconut and pecans more? evenly over bottom of greased pan. | | 4 | In a large bowl, combine cake mix, water, oil and eggs at low speed until moistened; beat 2 minutes at high speed. | | 5 | Spoon batter evenly over coconut and pecans. | | 6 | In another large bowl, combine powdered sugar, margarine and cream cheese; beat until smooth and creamy. | | 7 | Spoon evenly over batter to within 1" of edge. | | 8 | Bake at 375 °F for 43 to 53 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. | | 9 | Cool completely. | | 10 | Cut into squares. | | 11 | Invert each square onto individual plates. | | 12 | Serve warm or cool. | | 13 | Store in refrigerator. | | 14 | Wis/gramma | | 15 | recipe by : |
