Ingredients:

| oz | Pkg lemon cake mix | | 1
| | Egg | | 4
| oz | Container frozen non-dairy | | | -whipped topping, thawed | | 1/2
| cup | Sifted confectioner's sugar |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 350°F. | | 2 | In a large bowl, combine cake mix, egg and topping. | | 3 | Batter will be very stiff. | | 4 | Drop by teaspoons into confectioner"s sugar. | | 5 | Roll into 1" balls, using sugar to keep dough from sticking to hands. | | 6 | Place balls of dough 2" apart on greased baking sheet. | | 7 | Bakle for 10-12 minutes or until light brown on bottom. | | 8 | Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. | | 9 | Store in an airtight container. |
