Czech liverballs

Ingredients:
1 lbsChicken liver
5 sliceBread
1 medOnion
Parsley
1 Egg
6 tbspAll-purpose flour
1 1/2 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
3/4 tspMarjoram
2 Cloves garlic
Garlic powder to taste
Procedures:
1These liverballs are cooked in chicken soup.
2In food processor, combine: liver, onion, parsley and egg.
3Process until smooth.
4Add salt, pepper, marjoram, flour and bread crumbs.
5Refrigerate for two hours til cold and firmish.
6Cook.
7To cook: in boiling chicken broth, drop liver from large tablespoon.
8When last ball enters broth, return broth to boil, reduce to simmer, cover pot and simmer 10 minutes.
