Ingredients:

| lbs | 10x sugar | | 14
| oz | Coconut, flaked | | 1
| tsp | Vanilla | | 1/2
| cup | Butter, soft | | 1/8
| tsp | Salt | | 2
| lbs | Dark chocolate, melted |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mix all the ingred"s until soft, if sticky add more sugar. | | 2 | Make into logs, or small footballs. | | 3 | I like them small, but you can make them any size you want. | | 4 | Even make into large egg shape, for decorating. | | 5 | Place on wax paper on cookie sheet. | | 6 | And chill. | | 7 | In mean time melt chocolate coating, and dip the eggs in the chololate and put in the freezer for a few minutes, makes them shiny. | | 8 | I also use white chocolate and color it pink and green, real light colors for easter. | | 9 | Then you can make some of mixture in small balls and coat like a bonbon. | | 10 | Yummmy. | | 11 | I use the dark chocolate for the coconut eggs, as they are on the sweet side. | | 12 | Enjoy joni in s.jersey ruth from pa |
