Judy's choc. pound cake

Ingredients:
2 Sticks butter
3 cupSugar
6 Large eggs
3 cupAll-purpose flour
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspBaking powder
1 packGerman sweet chocolate
1/4 cupWater
3/4 cupMilk
1 tspVanilla
1/2 tspAlmond extract, opt.
Procedures:
1Stir chocolate in ?cup water over low heat until melted.
2Cool and set aside.
3Cream butter and sugar in large bowl of electri mixer.
4Add eggs, one at a time, creaming well after each egg.
5Add melted chocolate.
6In separate bowl, blend flour, baking powder and salt with a fork.
7Add flour mixture alternately with milk to creamed mixture in electric mixer.
8Blend well.
9Stir in flavorings.
10Pour into greased and floured bundt or tube pan.
11Bake in 325 degree oven for one hour and fifteen minutes.
12Cool pan on cake rack for 20 minutes.
13Then loosen around with silver knife.
14Cool another 30 minutes before removing from cake pan.

16My daughter, lisa, and i developed this recipe.
17This cake really doesn"t need a frosting, but you might want to dust on a little powdered sugar.
