Ingredients:
CHOCOLATE SHORTBREAD BASE
10 tbspButter, cold
1/3 cupPowdered Sugar
1/3 cupSugar
1/4 cupUnsweetened Cocoa
1 cupFlour
LEMON CURD TOPPING
4 largeEgg Yolks
3/4 cupSugar
3 ozLemon Juice
- about 2-?lemons
4 tbspButter
Pn Salt
2 tspLemon Zest
ORANGE GANACHE TOPPING
1 ozBittersweet Chocolate
-Finely Chopped
2 tbspHeavy Cream
1 1/2 tspGrand Marnier
Procedures:
1Heat oven to 325°F.
2Use 8x8" pan and line bottom and two sides with a 8x16" strip of foil.
3Whisk together the sugars and cocoa.
4In a large bowl, cream the butter and cocoa mixture until light and fluffy.
5Mix in the flour, adding in two parts, until incorporated.
6Pat dough into prepared pan.
7Use fork to prick dough all over.
8Bake for 40 minutes.
9While shortbread is baking, prepare the topping.
