Ingredients:
| 1/2
| lbs | Butter, soft (2 sticks) | | 2 1/2
| cup | Peanut butter | | 1 1/2
| lbs | Confectioners sugar | | 1 1/2
| lbs | Coating chocolate |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cream together butter and peanut butter in large bowl with electric mixer. | | 2 | Gradually add confectioners sugar, using more or less to make an easily shaped dough. | | 3 | Shape into eggs and place on cookie sheet lined with foil or waxed paper. | | 4 | Candy will be slightly sticky. | | 5 | Refrigerate to firm. | | 6 | Melt chocolate and dip each egg with a fork. | | 7 | Remove from chocolate by sliding off fork with a toothpick onto lined cookie sheet. | | 8 | Refrigerate until chocolate sets. |
