Peanut butter chocolate fudge cake

Ingredients:
2 cupWater, boiling
4 ozChocolate, unsweetened
2 cupSugar
2/3 cupButter, room temp
2 Eggs
1 tspVanilla
3 cupFlour
1 1/2 tspBaking soda
1 tspBaking powder
1 cupChocolate chips, semi-sweet
1 cupPeanut-butter flavored chips
CHOCOLATE GLAZE
2 ozButter
2 tbspWater
3 tbspKaro, light
2 tspVanilla
1 cupChocolate chips, semi-sweet
1/4 cupSugar, confectioners, sifted
PEANUT BUTTER GLAZE
3/4 cupSugar, confectioners, sifted
2 tbspPeanut butter
2 tbspWhipping cream
Procedures:
1Cake: pour boiling water over the unsweeteend chocolate.
2Do not stir.
3Set aside to cool to lukewarm.
4Cream sugar and butter with an electric mixer until smooth.
5Beat in eggs and vanilla.
6Pour water off chocolate into a measuring cup and reserve.
7Blend melted chocolate into butter mixture.
8Combine dry ingredients and add to butter mixture alternately with water drained from chocolate.
9Beat at low speed after each addition.
10Stir in the chips.
11Pour batter into a well-greased 12-cup bundt pan.
12Bake in a 350°F. oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until cake tests done.
13Cool 15 minutes and remove from the pan.
14Cool completely.
15When completely cool, spoon chocolate glaze over entire cake.
16Refrig- erate until glaze is firm.
17Drizzle peanut butter glaze over chocolate glaze.
18Refrigerate until ready to serve.
19Chocolate glaze: combine butter, water, corn syrup, and vanilla in a skillet.
20Heat to boiling.
21Add chocolate.
22Cover and let stand five minutes.
23Remove lid and stir mixture until smooth.
24Stir in sugar until blended.
25Chill ten minutes or until glaze is of spreading consistency before spooning over the cake.
26Peanut butter glaze: combine all ingredients in a small bowl and blend well.
