Ingredients:

| oz | Semi-sweet chocolate chips | | 2/3
| cup | Sweetened condensed milk | | 1
| tsp | Vanilla extract | | 1
| cup | Walnuts, coarsely chopped |

Procedures:
| 1 | In top of double boiler, placed over simmering water, melt chocolate. | | 2 | Stir in sweetened condensed milk. | | 3 | Remove from heat. | | 4 | Stir in remaining ingredients. | | 5 | Turn into greased, waxed paper or metal foil-lined and greased again 8x8" pan. | | 6 | Bake in 375°F oven until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 25 minutes. | | 7 | Turn out of pan onto cake rack. | | 8 | Peel off paper. | | 9 | Cool. | | 10 | With sharp knife cut into 2" squares. |
