Rolo cookies

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cupFlour
1 tspBaking soda
1 cupBrown sugar -- firm pack
1 cupMargarine or butter -- soft
2 tspVanilla
3/4 cupUnsweetened cocoa
1 cupSugar
2 Eggs
1 cupNuts -- chopped
1 Rolos (bag of) OR
7 Rolls
Procedures:
1Heat oven to 375°F.
2In small bowl combine flour, cocoa and baking soda.
3Mix well.
4In large bowl beat 1 cup sugar with brown sugar and margarine until light and fluffy.
5Add vanilla and eggs and beat well.
6Add flour mixture and blend.
7Stir in ?cup of nuts.
8For each cookie, shape about 1 tb of dough around 1 rolo, covering completely.
9In a small bowl combine remaining nuts (ground up pretty fine) with 1 tb of sugar.
10Press 1 side of each ball into the nut mixture and place, nut side up, two inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
11Bake at 375°F for 7-10 minutes or until set and slightly cracked.
12Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets.
13Cool completely.
