Ingredients:
2 1/4 cupUnbleached White Flour
1 1/2 cupWarm Water
1 1/2 cupSugar
1/2 cupVegetable Oil
1/2 cupCocoa
1 1/2 tspVanilla Extract
1 1/2 tspBaking Soda
1 1/2 tspWhite Vinegar
3/4 tspSalt
Procedures:
1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2Wait 10 minutes before starting to make the cake.
3Meanwhile, spray and flour 2 8-inch layer pans.
4Thoroughly combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
5Pour in the water, oil, vanilla, and vinegar and stir until well combined.
6Pour into prepared pans.
7Bake 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
8Cool on a wire rack 10 minutes, then remove the cakes from the pans and cool completely.
9Frost with your favorite chocolate frosting.
10(use vegan margarine and a bit of soy milk instead of butter and milk.
