The best chocolate mousse

Ingredients:
8 ozBox Semi-Sweet Chocolate
3 1/2 tbspButter
3 Eggs, separated
1/4 cupKahlua (coffee liqueur)
1 tspInstant coffee
1 tspHot water
1/4 cupSugar
2 1/2 cupWhipping cream
1/4 cupRaw pistacchio nuts, chopped
3 tbspGrand Marnier
Procedures:
1Melt chocolate and butter over low, low heat.
2Cool chocolate mixture.
3Beat egg yolks.
4Add kahlua and instant coffee dissolved in hot water beat egg whites until stiff, gradually adding sugar.
5Fold beaten egg whites into chocolate mixture until all white specks disappear.
6Whip cream until stiff.
7Fold completely into above mixture, reserving ?c for garnish.
8Chill 1 hour, garnish w/remaining cream and nuts.
9Sprinkle with grand marnier
