Ingredients:
2 Eggs
1/2 cupFlour
1/2 cupSugar
1/2 cupBrown Sugar -- firmly
Packed
1 cupButter -- * see note
6 ozPk Semisweet Chocolate Chips
-Nestle's)
1 cupWalnuts -- chopped
1 9 Inch Pie Shell --
(unbaked)
Procedures:
1* melted and cooled to room temperature
2preheat oven to 325 degrees.
3In large bowl, beat eggs until foamy.
4Add flour, sugar and brown sugar; beat until well blended.
5Blend in melted butter.
6Stir in semi-sweet chips and walnuts.
7Pour into pie shell.
8Bake at 325°F for 1 hour.
9Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
10Makes one pie.
11if using frozen pie shell, ony use deep dish style and thaw completely.
12Place on cookie sheet; bake 10 minutes longer.
