Ingredients:
4 Hard-boiled eggs
1/4 cupGrated parmesan cheese
1 tspPrepared mustard
Dash pepper
2 Milk
Dill weed, or paprika
Procedures:
1Recipe by: ontario egg producers" marketing board cut the eggs in half lengthwise; remove the yolks and mash.
2To the yolks, add the cheese, mustard and pepper; stir until well combined.
3Stir in enough milk to moisten the mixture.
4Refill the egg whites with the mixture.
5Sprinkle with paprika.
6Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving time.
