Ingredients:
1/2 cup(1 stick) unsalted butter
-cut into ¼ths, room
Temperature
1/3 cupSugar
1/3 cupFirmly packed golden brown
-sugar
1 largeEgg
1 tspVanilla extract
1 cupAll purpose flour
1/2 tspBaking soda
1/4 tspSalt
6 1/2 ozWhite chocolate, coursely
-chopped
And finally, take out a

4Preheat oven to 375°F, and lightly grease 2 cookie sheets.
5In a food processor using steel blade, blend butter, sugars, egg, and vanilla until fluffy, stopping once to scrape the sides of the bowl, about 1 minute.
6Add flour, baking soda, and salt and mix until just combined using 2 or 3 pulsed things; do not over-process.
7Transfer to large bowl and stir in chocolate and nuts....
8Mound dough by 1/3 cupfuls onto prepared cookie sheets, spacing about 2 inches apart.
9Bake until light brown around the edges, about 15 minutes.
10Cool on the cookie sheets about 3 minutes.
11Transfer to rack and cool completely.
