| cup | Sugar | | 1/2
| tsp | Vanilla | | 6
| oz | White chocolate | | 1
| tsp | Creme de cassis | | | -(black currant) | | 1/4
| cup | Chocolate chips or | | | -grated semi-sweet | | | -chocolate |

Procedures:
| 1 | Boil water and sugar. | | 2 | Simmer 5 min. move to double boiler, add white chocolate and melt. | | 3 | Cool. | | 4 | Add creme de cassis and vanilla. | | 5 | Freeze in ice cream maker. | | 6 | Fold in chips. | | 7 | Freeze again. |
