Ingredients:
2 cupCooked crab meat.
1/2 cupShallots, peeled, chopped.
1/2 cupLemon grass, sliced thin.
1/4 cupNam-prik Pao.
1/4 cupFish Sauce.
1/4 cupLime juice.
2 tbspSugar.
1/2 cupMint leaves, chopped fine.
1/4 cupScallions, sliced fine.
1/4 cupCoriander leaves, chopped.
1 tbspChilli peppers, chopped.
30 Italian tomatoes.
Procedures:
1Wash the tomatoes and dry.
2Cut in half lengthwise, and scoop out seeds and pulps.?mix all remaining ingredients and fill the tomato halves.
3Arrange on a platter, on a bed of lettuce leaves, and decorate with mint leaves.
