Whole wheat chocolate cake

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupSugar
1 cupFlour, Unbleached, Sifted
3/4 cupWhole Wheat Flour, Stirred
2 tspBaking Soda
1 tspSalt
1 cupButter Or Regular Margarine
1 cupWater
1/4 cupCocoa, Baking
2 largeEggs, Beaten
1/2 cupSour Cream
COCOA FROSTING
1/2 cupButter Or Regular Margarine
6 tspMilk
1/4 cupCocoa, Baking
1 lbsConfectioners Sugar
1 tspVanilla Extract
Procedures:
1Stir together sugar, flour, whole wheat flour, baking soda and salt in a mixing bowl.
2Combine butter, water and cocoa in saucepan.
3Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly.
4Remove from heat.
5Pour into flour mixture.
6Mix well, using wooden spoon.
7Blend in eggs and sour cream, mixing well.
8Pour batter into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
9Bake in preheated 375°F oven 30 minutes or until cake tests done.
10Cool in pan on rack.
11Meanwhile prepare cocoa frosting.
12Pierce warm cake with fork.
13Pour cocoa frosting over all.
14Cool completely.
15Cut into squares.
16Cocoa frosting: combine butter, milk, and cocoa in saucepan.
17Cook over medium heat until butter is melted and mixture is smooth.
18Stir in confectioners" sugar, that has been sifted.
19Continue cooking over low heat until confectioners" sugar is completely dissolved.
20Remove from heat.
21Stir in vanilla.
22Frost cake immediately.
