| can | Cream Of Mushroom Soup -- or | | | Any cream soup | | 1/2
| cup | Milk -- or mayonaisse | | | Cheddar Cheese -- grated | | | Seasoned Bread Crumbs | | | Mushrooms -- optional |

Procedures:
| 1 | Prepare rice according to package directions. | | 2 | Pat into a long cake pan. | | 3 | Top rice with broccoli, mushrooms, and chicken or turkey. | | 4 | Blend together soup & milk or mayonnaise. | | 5 | Spread over top of casserole. | | 6 | Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs. | | 7 | Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes |
