| 1 | Make a paste out of the marinade ingredients. |
| 2 | Coat chicken evenly. |
| 3 | Stack chicken pieces in a bowl. |
| 4 | Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least for several hours. |
| 5 | Mix pancake mix with other seasonings. |
| 6 | Dip pieces of chicken in milk, then in pancake coating. |
| 7 | Dust off excess. |
| 8 | Lightly brown in skillet with ?inch vegetable oil in it. |
| 9 | Brown for 4 minutes each side. |
| 10 | Remove and place in a single layer on shallow baking pan. |
| 11 | Seal with flour. |
| 12 | Bake for 1 hour at 350°F. |
| 13 | Uncover and baste again with milk return, uncovered, to oven heated to 400°F, to crisp for 10 minutes. |
