Ingredients:
1 pack(10 ounces) frozen chopped
-broccoli, thawed and
-drained
1 tbspFinely chopped onion
1 Clove garlic, finely
-chopped
1/4 tspSalt
-Dash of pepper
2 cupCoarsely cut-up cooked
-chicken
1 can(8 ounces) sliced water
-chestnut.
1/2 cupSour cream
2 tbspMilk
1/4 tspSalt
1 cupShredded mozzarella cheese
-(4 ounces)
1/4 cupGrated Parmesan cheese
-Paprika
Procedures:
1Mix broccoli, onion, garlic, ?teaspoon salt and the pepper in round microwavable dish, 8 x l l/2 inches.
2Cover tightly and microwave on high 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender; stir.
3Layer chicken and water chestnuts evenly on broccoli.
4Cover with waxed paper and microwave 3 minutes.
5Mix sour cream, milk and ?teaspoon salt; pour evenly over water chestnuts.
6Sprinkle with cheeses and paprika.
7Cover with waxed paper and microwave on medium-high (70%) 3 to 5 minutes or until cheeses are melted.
