Ingredients:
1/4 cupOlive oil
1/2 cupOnions, chopped
1/2 cupBell peppers
1/4 cupOlive oil
2 cupTurkey, cooked/chopped
2 cupCorn, frozen
1 15 oz can enchilada sauce, u
3 tspChili powder
1 tspSalt
1/2 cupRegular cheddar cheese, shre
1/2 cupFat-free cheddar cheese, shr
10 Tortillas
Procedures:

2Matejka preparation time: 0:15 preheat oven at 350.
3In a large saucepan, cook onions and bell pepers in oil until tender.
4Stir in turkey, corn, enchilada sauce, chili powder, and salt until cooked through.
5Spread about ?filling and fat-free cheese on each tortilla, roll up and place seam side down on a baking sheet lined with foil.
6Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
