Ingredients:
| 1
| each | Chicken, quartered | | 1
| dash | Salt and pepper to taste | | 1/4
| cup | Butter | | 1
| each | Garlic to taste | | 1
| each | Chopped onion, to taste | | 1/4
| cup | Lemon juice | | 1/4
| cup | Vinegar | | 1/4
| cup | Catsup | | 1/4
| cup | Worcestershire sauce |

Procedures:
| 1 | Wash and drain chicken. | | 2 | Season with salt and pepper and place in pan large enough that pieces do not overlap. | | 3 | Melt butter in saucepan, add garlic and onion, if desired, and saute until transparent. | | 4 | Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. | | 5 | Broil chicken until golden brown on both sides. | | 6 | Add sauce and cook uncovered in oven for about 1 hour or until nice and tender. | | 7 | Baste often. |
