| cup | Lemon juice | | 1/2
| cup | Garlic cloves, crushed | | 1
| tsp | Seasoned salt | | 1
| tsp | Poultry seasoning | | 2
| dash | Tabasco | | 1
| cup | White wine |

Procedures:
| 1 | Skin and cut up chicken. | | 2 | Combine with other ingredients in crockpot. | | 3 | Set on low. | | 4 | Upon return from work, debone chicken. | | 5 | Serve over rice. | | 6 | If you freeze chicken pieces separately, and mix up other ingredients the night before, you can dump it all together quickly in the morning. | | 7 | And if you start with frozen chicken it doesn"t fall apart. |
