Lemon garlic chicken thighs

Ingredients:
8 Chicken thighs
1 Juice of 1 lemon
1 Clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tspDried thyme leaves
White pepper
10 Cherry tomatoes
2 tbspButter or margarine
Procedures:
1Wash and pat dry chicken.
2Put chicken in a bowl.
3Toss the thighs with a mixture of the lemon juice, crushed garlic and thyme.
4Make sure all sides are coated.
5Refrigerate chicken for 2 hours or more- turn pieces at least once.
6Place thighs on a rack in the baking pan, skinside up.
7Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
8Bake at 425 °F for about 30min.
9Halve cherry tomatoes.
10Melt butter in a skillet.
11Add tomatoes.
12Cook 1 to 2 minutes to heat through.
13Put chicken on serving platter.
14Spoon on sauteed tomatoes.
15Serve immediately.
