| tsp | Olive oil | | 1
| tbsp | Water | | 1
| tsp | Brown sugar | | 2
| | Thin | | | Clove -- minced | | | Lemon -- slices |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven at 350. | | 2 | Prepare a baking pan lined with foil with cooking spray. | | 3 | Combine lemon juice, garlic, and ?teaspoon ginger in a small bowl; pour over chicken. | | 4 | Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. | | 5 | Remove chicken from marinade and dry with paper towel; reserve marinade. | | 6 | Combine flour, ?teaspoon ginger, salt, and pepper in a plastic bag. | | 7 | Put chicken in flour mixture; shake gently to coat. | | 8 | Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. | | 9 | Cook chicken in oil until brown on both sides. | | 10 | Place chicken on prepared baking pan. | | 11 | Combine 2 tablespoons reserved marinade and 1 tablespoon water; pour over chicken. | | 12 | Spoon brown sugar on top of chicken pieces; place a lemon slice on top of sugar. | | 13 | Bake, uncovered for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until tender. | | 14 | recipe by : no red meat |
