Ingredients:

| lbs | CHICKEN BREASTS, SKIN, BONE | | 1
| can | CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP | | 1/4
| cup | MILK | | 2
| tsp | LEMON JUICE | | 1/8
| tsp | PEPPER | | 4
| each | LEMON SLICES, THIN |

Procedures:
| 1 | In a skillet, in hot oil, cook the chicken breasts 10 minutes or until browned on both sides. | | 2 | Spoon off fat. | | 3 | Combine soup and milk. | | 4 | Stir in lemon juice and pepper. | | 5 | Pour over chicken. | | 6 | Top each chicken breast with a slice of lemon. | | 7 | Reduce heat to low. | | 8 | Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until chicken is fork tender. | | 9 | Stir ocassionally. | | 10 | Makes 4 servings. |
