Linguine and turkey saute

Ingredients:
1 lbsLinguine or Spaghetti
-- uncooked
2 cupBroccoli florets
1 tbspMargarine
1 largeOnion, diced
2 Carrots
-- sliced into ? rounds
2 Celery stalks, diced
2 tbspAll-purpose flour
14 1/2 ozLow-sodium chicken broth
1 tspGround sage
2 cupDiced, cooked turkey
1/4 cupHerbed stuffing mix
Procedures:
1Prepare pasta according to package directions.
2Two minutes before pasta is done, add broccoli florets to water.
3Cook two minutes; drain pasta and broccoli in colander.
4in a large skillet, warm the margarine over medium heat.
5Add the onion, carrots and celery and saute three minutes.
6Stir in the flour.
7Add the chicken broth and sage and stir in the turkey.
8Stir until the sauce come to a simmer.
9Simmer 1 minute.
10pour the turkey saute over the pasta.
11Sprinkle stuffing mix on top and serve immediately.
