Ingredients:
2 sliceBacon
1/2 cupChopped onion
1 smallGreen bell pepper, sliced
1/8 tspThyme leaves, crushed
1 canCondensed tomato soup
1/2 cupWater
1 1/2 cupDiced cooked chicken
Cooked rice
Procedures:
1In a skillet, cook bacon until crisp; remove and crumble.
2Cook onion and green bell pepper with thyme in bacon drippings until tender.
3Stir in remaining ingredients.
4Heat; stirring occasionally.
5Serve over cooked rice.
6Garnish with bacon crumbs.
