Ingredients:

| tbsp | Fresh basil -- chopped | | 1
| cup | Red wine -- dry | | | Black pepper -- to taste |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat oil in heavy skillet with lid; saute onion and garlic for 4-5 minutes until limp. | | 2 | Add turkey and cook, breaking up meat, until no pink color remains. | | 3 | Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour. | | 4 | Add a small amount of water if sauce appears to be getting too dry. | | 5 | Let stand 15 minutes before serving over spaghetti |
