Ingredients:

| | (3 Lb.) Cornish Hens | | 1/2
| cup | Water | | 2
| tbsp | Frozen Orange Juice | | | Thawed & Undiluted | | 1
| tsp | Fines Herbes | | 1/2
| tsp | Chicken Bouillon Granules | | 2
| tsp | Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce |

Procedures:
| 1 | Remove giblets from hens & discard; rinse hens. | | 2 | Split hens lengthwiseusing poultry shears. | | 3 | Place in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch glass baking pan. | | 4 | Combine water, orange juice, herbs, bouillon granules & soy sauce in a small saucepan. | | 5 | Bring to a boil, reduce heat & simmer 10 min. pourover hens. | | 6 | Cover & chill about 8 hours. | | 7 | Remove hens from orange juice marinade, reserving marinade. | | 8 | Grill over medium coals 15 min. on each side or until done, basting frequently with reserved marinade. | | 9 | Serve with grilled vegetable kabobs & carrot vichyssoise (fat 2.Chol. | | 10 | 48). |
