Mandarin cornish hens

Ingredients:
2 (3 Lb.) Cornish Hens
1/2 cupWater
2 tbspFrozen Orange Juice
Thawed & Undiluted
1 tspFines Herbes
1/2 tspChicken Bouillon Granules
2 tspReduced Sodium Soy Sauce
Procedures:
1Remove giblets from hens & discard; rinse hens.
2Split hens lengthwiseusing poultry shears.
3Place in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch glass baking pan.
4Combine water, orange juice, herbs, bouillon granules & soy sauce in a small saucepan.
5Bring to a boil, reduce heat & simmer 10 min. pourover hens.
6Cover & chill about 8 hours.
7Remove hens from orange juice marinade, reserving marinade.
8Grill over medium coals 15 min. on each side or until done, basting frequently with reserved marinade.
