Ingredients:

| | (1 ?pound) Cornish hens | | 1/2
| cup | Water | | 3
| tbsp | Orange juice concentrate | | | -thawed and diluted | | 2
| tsp | Fines herbs | | 1/2
| tsp | Chicken-flavored bouillon | | | -granules | | 2
| tsp | Reduced-sodium soy sauce |

Procedures:
