| | Garlic cloves, minced | | 4
| | Chicken breasts | | | -- (skinless and boneless) | | 2
| tbsp | Olive oil | | 1/4
| tsp | Coarse black pepper | | 1/2
| tbsp | Salt substitute | | 10
| oz | California dried figs | | | -- in bite-sized pieces | | 1
| tbsp | Fresh parsley, chopped | | 1
| tbsp | Fresh basil, chopped | | 1/2
| cup | White wine |

Procedures:
