| cup | Flour | | 1
| | Qt. milk | | 1 1/4
| cup | Chicken stock | | 2
| | Stewing chickens, cooked | | 2
| small | Jars pimento | | 2
| | Eggs | | | Salt to taste | | | Paprika | | 1
| cup | Light cream |

Procedures:
| 1 | Melt butter. | | 2 | Add flour and milk to make creamy broth. | | 3 | Thin down with chicken stock until like a thick cream. | | 4 | Add pimento to cream gravy; stir in chicken lightly. | | 5 | Beat eggs thoroughly; stir into mixture. | | 6 | Just before serving, add 1 cup light cream. | | 7 | Serve in pepperidge farm patty shells or noodle nests or holland rusks or english muffins. |
