Ingredients:

| tsp | Instant coffee | | 1/2
| cup | Boiling water | | 2 1/2
| cup | Milk | | 1/4
| cup | Potato starch | | 2/3
| cup | Sugar | | 1/8
| tsp | Salt | | 3
| oz | Chocolate, chopped |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mix coffee and boiling water; add milk. | | 2 | stir potato starch, sugar and salt in top of double boiler. | | 3 | Slowly stir in milk mixture; add chocolate. | | 4 | place over boiling water; stir until blended (about 4 minutes). | | 5 | Cover; cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. | | 6 | Pour into a serving bowl; cool. |
