Noodle pudding

Ingredients:
1 lbsEgg noodles, cooked
-(1 package)
2 cupSour cream
3 ozCream cheese
1/2 cupSugar
1 tbspLemon juice
1 tbspButter
1/2 tbspVanilla (or to taste)
2 Eggs
Procedures:
1Cook the noodles the full time shown on the package for serving.
2Our packages here usually give a time for casseroles and a time for serving.
3Drain the noodles, place them in an oven-safe casserole and allow the butter to melt on them.
4Stir to mix the butter.
5Beat all the remaining ingredients and add to the cooked noodles.
6Bake uncovered at 350 °F.
7For one hour.
8The top should be golden brown.
9Notes: * a sweet egg noodle kugel -- i usually add more vanilla, but this is the original recipe i took from my mother.
10If you like a soupier noodle pudding, increase the sour cream and cream cheese.
11: difficulty: easy.
12: time: 10 minutes preparation, 1 hour baking.
