Yorkshire pudding kump style

Ingredients:
1/2 cupFlour
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 cupMilk
1/4 cupCold water
2 Eggs, lightly beaten
1 tbspRoast beef drippings
Procedures:
1Mix flour and salt in a small bowl.
2Add milk gradually, whisking until smooth.
3Add water and eggs and whisk until foamy.
4Cover loosely and let stand for 30 minutes.
5Preheat oven to 500°F.
6Pour ?teaspoon drippings into each of six muffin tins, and heat in the oven 1-2 minutes.
7Beat batter until foamy again and spoon 3 tablespoons batter into each cup.
8Bake 8 minutes without opening the oven door.
9Serve immediately with roast beef and gravy.
