| tsp | Pepper | | 1
| tbsp | Butter | | 1/4
| cup | Onion, Minced | | 1/4
| tsp | Garlic | | 16
| oz | Tomato Sauce, 2 Cn | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 1
| cup | Sour Cream | | 1
| cup | Cottage Cheese, Creamed | | 1 1/4
| cup | Carrots, Sliced, Cooked | | 8
| oz | Md. Noodles, Cooked & Drain | | 1
| cup | Cheddar, Md, Shredded |

Procedures:
| 1 | Brown the hamburger in the butter and add the onions and garlic. | | 2 | Stir in the tomato sauce, salt and pepper. | | 3 | Combine the sour cream, cheese and carrots. | | 4 | Add the combination to the noodles and mix. | | 5 | Alternate layers of the meat mixture and the noodle mixture in a 3-quart casserole, beginning and ending with the noodle mixture. | | 6 | Top with the cheddar cheese. | | 7 | Bake at 350 °F. | | 8 | For at least 45 minutes and serve hot |
