| | Skinless boneless chicken | | | -breast halves | | 1/4
| tsp | Garlic powder | | 1/8

| can | (14.5 oz.) Natural Goodness | | | -chicken broth | | 1/2
| tsp | Dried thyme leaves, crushed | | 1 1/2
| cup | Uncooked quick-cooking brown | | | -rice | | 1
| cup | Frozen peas | | 1/4
| cup | Grated Parmesan cheese |

Procedures:
| 1 | In a medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned. | | 2 | Sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper. | | 3 | Set chicken aside. | | 4 | Stir in broth and thyme. | | 5 | Heat to a boil. | | 6 | Stir in rice. | | 7 | Reduce heat to low. | | 8 | Cover and cook 5 minutes. | | 9 | Return chicken to pan. | | 10 | Add peas. | | 11 | Cover and cook 5 minutes more or until chicken is no longer pink and rice is done. | | 12 | Remove chicken. | | 13 | Stir cheese into rice mixture. | | 14 | makes 4 servings--317 calories--6 grams fat |
