Ingredients:
1 eachBrown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 eachMilk
1/4 eachShortening
1/8 eachSalt
1/2 eachVanilla
1/2 eachNuts, coarsely chopped
Procedures:
1Mix all ingredients, except vanilla and nuts in saucepan & slowly heat to a boil, stirring constantly.
2Boil 1 min, a full rolling boil.
3Remove from heat and beat until lukewarm add vanilla and beat until thick enough to spread.
4Spread on cake and sprinkle with nuts.
