| each | Garlic, sliced thin | | 1 1/2
| oz | Vodka | | 1
| each | Tomato sauce | | 2
| tbsp | Butter | | 1
| each | Garlic powder (taste) | | 4
| tbsp | Cream (to make sauce pink | | 1
| each | Salt | | 1
| each | Pepper |

Procedures:
| 1 | Saute garlic just til transparent. | | 2 | Add vodka and simmer till alcohol is reduced. | | 3 | Add tomato sauce, garlic poder and simmer again and start adding cream till sauce is pink. | | 4 | Add salt and pepper use over pasta. |
