Garlicky mashed potatoes

Ingredients:
6 Potatoes
8 Cl Garlic
1/2 tspSalt
2 tbspButter
1/4 cupMilk
White pepper
Procedures:
1Calories per serving: 224°Fat grams per serving: approx. cook time: :30 peel potatoes and cut into quarters.
2Place in medium saucepan with garlic and salt; add enough cold water to cover.
3Bring to boil over high heat.
4Reduce heat to medium; simmer, covered 25 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
5Drain well; return saucepan to turned-off burner to dry potatoes.
6Mash roughly.
7With electric hand mixer or wooden spoon, beat in butter and enough milk to make a creamy consistency.
8Season with pepper to taste.
9Serve at once.
